- The objective of this project is to carry out a comprehensive review of a mining company Social Management Model, ensuring the organic growth of the company and its mining assets while contributing to the well-being and sustainable development of the communities and territories where the company operates. To this end, the ICMM maturity model is used, conducting a review and analysis of the social management model based on the collection of primary and secondary information.
