“SMI-ICE-Chile is very interested in collaborating with the Peruvian mining industry in its transition to efficient and sustainable mineral production. With the support of the various mining stakeholders in that country, we believe we can contribute to solutions for sustainable mining and the training of professionals,” explains Doug Aitken. “We are grateful to the people with whom we had the opportunity to meet to explore collaboration opportunities in the neighboring country.”
