A Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, and a Commercial Engineer from the Universidad de la Frontera, Patricio also holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from Maastricht University and is a graduate of the Chilean Institute of Directors.

He has extensive experience leading strategic human resources to align talent with business objectives and maximize performance, as well as optimizing financial management and business processes to improve sustainability and profitability.

He began his professional career in the financial world and later developed in the food, mining, and manufacturing industries, where he held various executive and management positions.

His most recent position was as Manager of Administration and Finance, Human Resources & Compliance at KNAUF Chile. Previously, he spent five years at CopperMe International, where he was responsible for general management and international market development, among other responsibilities.

Patricio Viguera has also worked as a university professor, consultant, and business advisor.
