Monica is a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Panamericana del Puerto, with a specialization in business administration from Centro de Formación Profesional y de Consultoría – Fundamental and a certificate in Accounting and Financial Management from Universidad del Desarrollo. She has over 10 years of professional experience, consistently contributing to organizational development and displaying a commitment to excellence.

Currently, she is Operations Coordinator at SMI-ICE-Chile, where she manages and coordinates key activities and external relations with strategic partners. Her role includes organizing national and international initiatives and institutional events, while helping publicize the Centre and its high-performance teams. She is also responsible for internal and external coordination of Centre activities, supporting project management for different areas and lines of research, and advising the Executive Director and General Manager on institutional management.
