Katrina has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Universidad de la Frontera and a certificate in Business Management from Universidad de Chile. She has worked for over 10 years in public and private companies, focusing on research, development and innovation. At the beginning of her career in mining, she was an HR analyst for BSK at Anglo American’s «Los Bronces» project. She then joined CORFO as a Project Financial Executive and later worked in private companies, promoting initiatives related to project management, diversification of Chilean mining and development and internationalization of mining suppliers. Currently, she works as Project Financial Coordinator at SMI-ICE-Chile, helping Indigenous Communities impacted by mining prepare project expense reports.
