Area: Administration, Finance and People Development

Daisy has a technical degree in accounting and business administration with a concentration in human capital from Manpower Chile. She currently leads the People Development area in the Administration, Finance and People Development Department at SMI-ICE-Chile SpA. Her main functions include creating internal communication channels to promote skill and knowledge development and ensure a work environment centred around well-being, while promoting empathy as an important area value.
