Catalina has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master of Social Psychology from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She has expertise in sustainability, strategic communications and group facilitation. Her main areas of interest focus on sustainable development, communities in stressful contexts and interventions that promote the well-being of the people involved. She has experience in carrying out social diagnostics, community interventions and participatory project designs. She is also interested in gender, diversity and sociology. Her current role involves developing innovative proposals to generate solutions for communities impacted by the mining industry.
