Line of research: Social Performance and Resource Governance

Camila has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master of Social Psychology from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Her areas of expertise include facilitation of dialogue processes, indigenous rights and the implementation of Indigenous Peoples Conventions signed with mining companies. She has experience in designing and conducting surveys, interviews, community workshops, diagnostic processes and participatory project design. Other areas of interest include social impact assessment, sustainable development, gender and mental health. Currently, her main line of work is related to accompanying and advising Indigenous Communities impacted by mining in the different project stages.
