- The objective of this project is to develop a training program for women over 18 years of age living in the Caramucho, Chanavayita, and Cáñamo coves, with the goal of enhancing competencies, skills, and leadership abilities. The first step was to identify the interests and training needs of the women who live in the fishing coves in the Teck Quebrada Blanca area of influence.
